Returns & Refunds

As all of our Tiramisu products are made to order, unfortunately we cannot accept returns. Although unlikely, if your order arrives damaged or spoilt, we can offer you a full refund, as long as you provide photographic and written proof of the condition of the items, within 3 days of receipt. Please email [email protected] for any complaints or queries. We have successfully used Royal Mail Tracked 24 to send our desserts across the UK. If, in exceptional circumstances it is the case that our carrier, Royal Mail, does not deliver your parcel within 24 hours of dispatch because of a postal delay or other reason, we cannot be held responsible. Our products are sent in chilled packaging to ensure that they arrive at their destination in good condition and ready to refrigerate within 24 hours. If your parcel has not arrived within 24 hours, we would advise that you do not consume the desserts as they contain fresh cream which can spoil. However, if after 24 hours they arrive chilled, and you believe they have not spoiled, we leave it to your discretion to consume them or not.
